After we receive your order, we will process it within 1-3 business days. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been processed, we will ship it to the address you provided during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Packaging:
We take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure that it arrives to you safely and securely. All artwork will be packaged in sturdy boxes or tubes, and will be wrapped in protective materials such as bubble wrap and foam.
Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

All artwork shipped by River Gallery is insured. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and the artwork must be returned in its original condition.
